We have been using the Hosted Telephony Platform from SCG since 2015. Since that time the phone functionality has been constantly enhanced to add new features and services, such as the Team Voice Integration which enabled us to retain our largest VIP customer.

One of the most important aspects for our business is the level and accessibility of support available. We have always been able to get through to the support team without having to wait, and can speak with the department heads when need to ask for something additional, and the quality of the training available to us has been great making provisioning and customer support very straightforward.

These essential factors combined with a receptive market has enabled us to quadruple our business since we joined SCG. The recent launch of the Evonex Universal Licence further enhances the product range and the service that we are able to offer to our customers. This is especially important to the several IT introducer firms that refer us to many of the new customers that we are able to sign up to the SCG hosted phone platform.

For 15 years I held senior level positions with blue-chip UK mobile and fixed line telecommunications companies until commencing employment within a direct partner channel of 2 Circles Communications now SCG Together in 2016.

Having only ever received the best overall experience I could imagine, whilst employed, and I had plenty prior to compare it with, earlier this year, I decided to accept the offer to myself become an ‘SCG Partner’ and formed a company to pursue this opportunity.

Over the years, considering all the business I have signed whilst both working for SCG, and now as a partner I have never once had a dissatisfied customer. This for me more than substantiates SCG’s industry leading account management, customer satisfaction and retention statistics.
