Terms & Conditions:

  • Credits are non-transferable, and referred clients cannot be existing customers.

Your Customer Portal

What is the Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is a secure self-service platform that enables you to manage your SCG account, services, billing, and reporting all in one location, eliminating the need to contact your account manager for routine requests. Ideal for when time is not on your side.

Through the portal, you can:

  • View and manage your current services for easier cost and portfolio management
  • Access invoices, credit notes, and billing information
  • Review detailed usage and billing reports
  • Track orders and service requests in real time
  • Manage ceases, mobile barring, roaming settings, and data top-ups
  • Opt in or out of your Assured Services

The portal is designed to help you manage your routine account activities independently, giving you access to the information and tools you need whenever you need them.

If you need assistance accessing the portal or feel like you would benefit from a guided walkthrough, please contact your Account Manager, who will be delighted to help.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Making a Positive Impact Together

At SCG, our CSR approach lies where the S in ESG and CSR overlap. We believe in creating a positive impact beyond our business. Through volunteering, charitable initiatives, environmental awareness, and community engagement, we empower our people to make a difference.

At the heart of our CSR programme is Shine, our employee recognition and collaboration platform. Guided by our values of People, Passion, Integrity, and Empowerment, Shine connects colleagues with causes they care about and helps turn ideas into meaningful action.

To mark our 60th year, our 60 @ 60 initiative set out to support 60 employee-led charity projects in 2025, celebrating the passion of our people and strengthening our impact in the communities we serve.

Other News

Please note that WLR and ancillary products will increase by 40% from 1 October 2026.

To avoid the increase, we recommend moving to cloud-based, next-generation services as soon as possible.

Openreach Price Increase

The next instalment of Openreach’s WLR Price increase will arrive on your October invoice.

What is happening?

As we approach the final switch-off date of the analogue network (January 2027), Openreach intends to increase the rental price of the impacted services throughout the course of 2026.
We notified customers on 23rd January 2026 that these price increases will be implemented via the following schedule:

  • 01/04/2026: 20% increase to all WLR and ancillary products
  • 01/07/2026: 40% increase to all WLR and ancillary products
  • 01/10/2026: 40% increase to all WLR and ancillary products

Impacted services for the price change:

  • Analogue telephone lines, Multiline and ISDN circuits
  • All ancillary services attached to the above products (e.g. Care Levels and functionality services such as Call Forwarding)

Have you considered moving your services to next-gen solutions to avoid these cost increases?

What are the benefits?

  • We will create a clear upgrade pathway to protect from the price hikes, highlighting service improvements and options for growth
  • Delaying increases the risk of extended lead times caused by last-minute demand exceeding supply
  • Services could be discontinued at any time, often with limited notice – keep your business connected

The UK’s traditional telephone network is being retired, meaning many businesses may need to review their phone and broadband services before the switch-off is complete.

The good news? We’re here to help.

  • Review your current services
  • Check whether you’re affected
  • Explain your options clearly
  • Create a seamless migration plan
