Amanda Fox, Customer Experience Department Manager – Saturn
Amanda has been with SCG for over 14 years, starting her journey within the Wholesale Partner Team. Shortly after having children, Amanda moved into a leadership role in our Customer Experience Department where her passion and skillset for people management has seen her excel from Team Leader, to Assistant Manager, to her most recent promotion to Department Manager.
What is your go to product? Mobiles with multisite cost centre billing
Interesting Fact? I’ve worked across a variety of customer-focused roles, which has given me a real passion for understanding the customer journey from every angle.
Hobbies/Interests: Spending quality time with friends and family
What is your SCG Superpower? Turning customer feedback into action. I love identifying trends, solving problems, and helping teams make improvements that benefit both customers and colleagues.
Why do you like working in Customer Experience? Every day is different. I enjoy the challenge of solving problems, supporting people, and creating positive outcomes for customers and colleagues alike.
